APPOINTMENT WITH THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL OR TEACHERS
Parents who wish to consult a teacher may make an appointment to do so. The HOD must be present at all interviews.
Teachers will be available to discuss learner’s progress and to offer guidance.
Parents who wish to see the principal must book an appointment with the principal’s secretary.
STATIONERY & TEXTBOOKS
Parents are expected to purchase all textbooks and stationery class and subjects teachers compile a detailed list of requirements so that learners are well equipped for all areas of academic work.
It is the parents’ responsibility to acquire all essentials timeously and to arrange for covers and labels as directed.
SCHOOL UNIFORMS
The official supplier of Pentecost Genius School UNIFORM is ESEGEX UNIFORMS. The uniforms are available right here in school.

Parents are kindly informed to buy all the prescribed uniforms in order for the learner not to look odd amongst others during formal functions etc. The long and short shirts, pullovers, jerseys, blazers, tunics etc are all a MUST HAVE.

NOTE: No learner is allowed any other dress or uniform different from the prescribed or approved uniform by the school. Contravening this rule will lead to the child being sent back home or the un-authorised uniform will be ceased. Uniforms must be neat and clean . Garments which are too small or short may not be worn to school. Damaged or torn garments may not be worn to school.
Girls:
– School dress may not be shorter than 8 cm above the knee
– If any ski pants are worn under the dress, they must not be visible below the dress
– Girls are allowed to wear navy blue trousers during winter
Boys:
– Black belt with a plain buckle may be worn with the navy blue trousers
NOTE: All jerseys, pullovers, tunics must have the school badges
LEVIES
Charges are levied in respect of the whole grade activities. Levies therefore may differ from grade to grade in accordance with the relevant costs for the activities.
Any saving that is incurred or money not spent goes towards the improvement of the school’s facilities for the learners’ benefit.

Office Hours
The School office is open from 07h00 until 16H00 Monday to Friday. The office is closed during all school holidays except otherwise stated in a newsletter.
